My Hardworking Man

I can't believe it has been over a month since my last blog. Where does the time go? Kent and I are still plugging away at life. It didn't take us long to discover that Kent chose an extremely demanding career, but just when we think he couldn't possible work another minute of the day, he manages to squeeze in a couple more hours! He's amazing! Most of you reading this already know that. Unfortunately this means that some weeks we don't see each other much. I'm sure Kent feels like he's being torn in too many directions, but he still manages to be the best hubby and daddy. My saving grace these last couple of months has been my family- they are so great to help out with Carter and give me breaks throughout the day. Kent's saving graces have been Carter and his parents- Carter makes Kent's long days totally worth it, and Kent's parents continue to be so optimitistic and encouraging. They have an ability to make Kent feel better after a long day. We have so much to be grateful for and we continue to receive blessing after blessing. Besides, it doesn't matter how busy we get, we always manage to fit in quite a bit of fun.

move to Utah!! One of the hardest parts of being an adult and a parent is remembering to have fun- so good job! We are trying to remember to stop and just have fun sometimes!

Kent, I am not sure what your email address is, but I found your blog spot and decided to try to reach you that way. This is your old and I mean very old AP History/Student Government advisor. And I might also add your superior. It has been a very hard year as I recently got out of the hospital after 4 and one-half months with cancer. I am still hanging in here, but would love to visit with you either through email or on the phone saometime. My email address is ward135@hotmail.com and my phone number is 801-999-4450. Email me when you get a chance. Sounds like things are going very well for you. I am glad and not surprised. Don Ward
